My biggest source of inspiration is my future self. I try to imagine the best possible version of myself coming to the end of a fun filled, successful and satisfying life, and ask myself what that person would do in my situation.
I am always inspired by hearing older people talking about all the exciting things they have crammed into their lives, as opposed to those who have just done the usual family and career thing. I love to hear stories about people who have travelled the world and taken chances and had a lot of fun along their journey, and I hope that my story will be as interesting as theirs when I get there.
I see life as a chance to create as many great memories as possible. Every chance you have to do something memorable is chance to be inspired. Imagine the stories you could tell about your life, imagine being able to look back on things and know that you got the best out of everything. I find that so inspiring.
I hope that my future self has some great stories to tell and some great memories to share. I have certainly had an eventful beginning to my life, and I intend to continue to making it worth remembering. I want my future self to look back and smile, knowing it was worth it. What can be more inspiring than that?
